Current issue persists and looks like it hasn't been fixed for over 6mos by Netgear. I have an Android 9 tablet which will not connect to my Netgear Nighthawk RAX35 so I updated the firmware to the current version and it did finally connect, however, once the firmware is updated the WiFi signal would randomly stop multiple times a day, daily, coming from the router to all of my devices.

 · I updated RAX35 firmware from 1.0.3.62 to 1.0.3.8, wifi stopped working twice in 24 hrs. First time reboot fixed it, second time all lights were green but no wifi so I connected laptop to router and checked status. Everything looked normal, but noticed my 5G …

There are either issues in the way Netgear has implemented MU-MIMO or an incompatibility issue with some other wifi devices on the network. Since I replaced the r7000P with a new one I suspect it's an issue in the Netgear router not my devices (I can't confirm this though as I don't have a different make/model MU-MIMO router to test). Since MIMO is one of the main selling point for this router ...

Clearly Netgear need to resolve this issue with yet another firmware fix. Quite how long it will take them to do so though, is an entirely different question. I guess it will depend on just how many users complain directly to them and how long they deem it operationally necessary to provide support. I have had an issue with every firmware released after .52. My 5ghz devices stop connecting and drop. I was hopeful with .62 but i have the same issue it just happens slightly less. Looks like im stuck on .52. Not happy. This will probably be my last netgear router.

I just updated the router today and now all my IP cams are down. Im at a lost on what to do. I connect to them by using a ddns and a port number pointing to each cam. The DDNS works fine but something must be blocking me from getting to the cams from the outside. I just tried a factory reset and tri...

The issue is the network dropped every hour or so. I am only using wifi, no ethernet connections. Distance 25 feet, 2 walls. Started a chat with Orbi tech, he found out I had v2.3.5.30 (this is what the orbilogin.net says is newest update). Got disconnected when Wifi network dropped. Called back, went through spiel with "Elsa" (no ticket number from first tech-"Alfredo") and got dropped at ...

 · R7800-V1.0.2.68 Firmware version screwed up my router and forced to downgrade the version to R7800-V1.0.2.62 Reasons are using iPhone ( 2 models verified 7plus and 8 plus) - both shows the same behavior. // My router is enabled with parental control - same control works with R7800-V1.0.2.62 even a...
